With the city of Birmingham on the rise and UAB’s finance facilities, a UAB degree program translates to a market-ready curriculum. Our Green and Gold fund as well as our Bloomberg terminals give you hands-on experience overseeing investment portfolios and financial trading.

If you join the school of business’ Green and Gold Fund, you’ll join fellow finance students managing more than $500,000 worth of assets. Through the fund, you will manage an investment portfolio—with real money we might add— so you will be able to say that you have experience in this area during future job interviews.
